Mint-e has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, however we cannot guarantee uninterrupted and totally reliable access to this website, and so therefore cannot guarantee that the information will always be completely reliable and free of mistakes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mint-e disclaims all warranties; expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website and will accept no liability for any loss or damage arising as a result of problems with access.

You have the possibility of placing your order online, via the Mint-e Boutique.
Your order may only be registered and processed when you have correctly supplied all the required details (in the fields highlighted in red) at the time of placing the order.
There is no minimum order value, we accept all orders no matter how large or small.
When you place an order you accept the price and description of the products being offered for purchase.
Mint-e is committed to fulfil all deliveries of orders made via the Mint-e Boutique subject to a products' availability. In the unlikely event that a product you have ordered is temporarily unavailable we will contact you immediately by email.
If there is any variation in invoice totals we will advise of the reason and the difference before payment and shipping to obtain your agreement.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard. We do not charge for any order until it is ready to ship. Orders paid for by cheque require a number of days for bank clearance. Once cleared your order will be dispatched within 24 hours.
For orders placed outside of France or the U.S.A, we only accept payment by credit card.

For orders placed within the E.U, all prices are indicated in Euros and include VAT (at the appropriate rate). If you are shopping outside of the E.U or the U.S, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Trade orders and those from the UK and European VAT registered companies must contact us by fax or email to obtain prices.
Orders from outside the U.K and the E.U (excluding the U.S.A) are shipped VAT free.
Customs and import duties are the resposibility of the customer.
To ensure absolute security and privacy we entrust credit card transactions to JADE MEDIA & DISTRIBUTION, using the PAYBOX secured payment system which is protected with SSL (Secured Socket Layer). Any information entered in a SSL secured form will be encrypted prior to being sent on the web. Your credit card details are not held in clear text anywhere on the web. You may also supply your credit card details by other means such as phone, fax, mail or email.
Mint-e will use commercially reasonable efforts to process, invoice and ship all orders received from outside the French Metropolitan area, within 7 working days from the time the order is received by Mint-e, and provided that the merchandise ordered is available and in stock.
The cost of shipping varies according to the weight of the products ordered. If you make an order from abroad (outside of France, or the U.S.A) we will always advise you of the total cost before shipping, to ensure you wish to go ahead with the order.
Mint-e shall not be responsible for any orders shipped to an address that is different than the one specified on the original order. Any shipping address that is altered by you is your sole responsibility.
You may order products as a gift for someone special, in which Mint-e will take every care to send the invoice to the billing address and the order to the delivery address you have provided.
Mint-e products are unconditionally guaranteed. If products are damaged or faulty on receipt, please keep the products together with the packaging and contact us immediately for further guidance.
All returns for unwanted goods must be authorised by Mint-e prior to return. Refunds for unwanted goods will only be made where the products are returned unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition within 7 days of delivery. You are advised to return goods by registered post. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit, therefore you are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. Please remember to supply your name and address and a copy of your purchase receipt.
Provided that unwanted goods are received by us in an unused, unopend and re-saleable condition within 7 days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods (original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable). Orders placed on this website by credit card will be refunded directly to you credit card. Orders placed by other means will be refunded by cheque, within 30 days of return of goods.
We respect your right to privacy. None of the information we collect is passed on to other parties, except when required as a part of a business service to you.
We will only collect details about you when you place an order. These will include your name and address, your email address and various other details necessary to complete a transaction and fulfill your order.
Our shopping basket system uses cookies to help maintain your shopping basket while you browse our Boutique. No other information is stored in cookies, and cookies are not used for any other purposes.
We will not retain any details that you provide, except for your email address. All customer's email addresses are automatically entered into a database so they may receive occasional emails from us about our products and services. Customers are free to opt out of the news service by not ticking the box at the bottom of the page when you are asked to provide your details at the time of placing an order.
Your submission of an order is deemed to be your consent to provide us with your details. We use no other means of data collection.
We do not send random marketing emails (Spam) to personal or business email addresses.
